The first three months are the most critical for any new employee. In order to help facilitate the start of your newcomers, an effective onboarding plan will introduce new employees to the company’s environment, organizational structure, work context, technical functions, and their colleagues. This will help bring new hires into the work loop and allow them to more quickly become productive and contributing members of the organization.
