She spearheads the company's dream of translating the KY&Y Consulting to one of the best HR Consulting companies in the world with the help of innovative solutions and services.
She has launched new lines of staffing businesses — an early entrant into the VMS/MSP arena, expanded market presence offshore, improved profitability of key operations and traversed changing economic and market trends over the years. Anjali focus on total quality management programs that differentiated her companies from their competition in all major benchmarks and which culminated in new/add-on business and strong revenue growth. She has taken on many difficult assignments with integrity while balancing the needs of the industry, investors, customers and employees.
She is based in New Delhi, India. Ms. Anjali holds a Master degree.
Vikas Kumar, Executive Vice President, Customer Solution
Vikas Kumar heads Solutions Engineering and Customer Management at KY&Y Consulting. He also directs strategic initiatives with key partners to jointly develop advanced solutions to meet emerging industry demands. Mr. Vikas brings extensive domain knowledge in HealthCare. Prior to joining KY&Y Consulting, Mr. Vikas held various positions in R&D and operations with Healthcare Sector.
Priti Yadav, COO, KY&Y Consulting, India
Priti is responsible for managing the operational capabilities at KY&Y Consulting's. Under her stewardship, the company’s operations have successfully grown in personnel, infrastructure and capabilities. Mrs. Priti has extensive experience in large-scale project management, resource and capacity management, establishing quality processes and fast ramp-ups. she is responsible for all delivery and also acts as a liaison between clients and staffing teams. Priti manages the Business Support and Call & Contact Centre Team’s across our Delhi & NCR offices.
Ankur Pandey, CTO, KY&Y Consulting, India
Ankur Pandey is responsible for driving technical strategies and plans for KY&Y Consulting’s service offerings. He mentors KY&Y Consulting’s development teams and technical leadership and works closely with clients to help them maximize their success. With more than 12 years of experience in software architecture, design and development, Mr. Ankur brings diverse technology expertise to KY&Y Consulting. He has extensive experience in the architecture of portal solutions, workflow systems, eCommerce platforms, eLearning solutions, business intelligence and reporting systems. He is responsible for all hiring and training of technical personnel and been instrumental in building a world-class engineering team at KY&Y Consulting’s development center. Mr. Ankur holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree.
